These works include the executive planning and subsequent construction of a new building for civil use (nursery school).
The works will consist in the demolition of a commercial building (formerly COOP), the opportune removal of the cement and asbestos roofing, and the subsequent construction of an eco-compatible and eco-sustainable building.
The main structure and side walls will be entirely built in XLAM layered wood, together with high performance insulation and the use of recent renewable energy will provide high energy performance as the building will be classified A4.
