This intervention regarded the demolition of an existing building and the subsequent construction of a Public Residential Building for the realisation of 16 homes.
The ground floor of the new building acts as an entrance to the three stairways, basement areas and parking spaces; the first and second floors are homes.
The building has a Class A energy ranking and in particular there is a photovoltaic system for the production of electricity, a thermal solar system and a geothermal system: all carbon emissions have been eliminated as hot water for heating as well as cold water for cooling comes from a heating pump which takes its energy from the water table found underneath the ground of the area in question.
