The building subject to the intervention has an L-shaped structure. The interventions on the common parts concern the construction of the external coat on the facades, the reconstruction of the roof with insulation of the pitches, insulation of the intrados of the basement below the real estate units; for private parties, the interventions carried out concerned the replacement of windows and doors, the replacement of the heat generator for heating and domestic hot water production.
