The intervention concern the site of the industrial complex Elli Zerboni situated between Ridotto Street, corso Venezia and Boccardo Street.
Above all, the existing industrial complex was demolished keeping however the small office building, which was enlarged; landscaping of the youth hostel was conducted after all construction and installation work needed to make the building functional.
On the first floor, premises for collective use were built: a kitchen, a cafeteria, a meeting room, a bar, a conference room, while on the upper floors, premises including toilets were built.
The operation also involved the strengthening of existing structural elements and the recovery of the graffiti representing the industrial complex.
