The project envisages the complete conversion of the building from combined to residential use.
Part of the building will be dedicated to common and social spaces, a service area and a residential area. The common and social spaces are located on the ground floor, with the appurtenant courtyard, and the basement; the flats occupy the first to the fifth floors, for a total of 19 property units.
The building has undergone extensive structural consolidation aimed at promoting and improving safety in every area. The consolidation of the extrados of the brick vaults with reinforced cladding is of particular importance.
Everything is completed by prestigious finishes and exclusive interior wall panelling.
