In the centre of Milan, in a 19^th century building on seven storeys above ground, the alteration of three property units to create two units on the same floor.

The project envisages the complete refurbishment of the property units in question, with the complete demolition and reconstruction of wooden partitions, floors, claddings, false ceilings and floor foundations. The condominium heating and air-conditioning systems will also be renewed and the exterior doors and windows replaced.   

A crucial point of the site, considering its position, is the meticulous study of the movements of machinery, equipment, materials and employees.
