The works involve the renovation of the existing building in the Council of Morgex which for years has acted as the main council school building, in order to build a new inter-council multifunctional centre for charitable works and welfare services.
The renovation of this building will include a partial expansion of the landholding on the north-east corner and the creation of a new underground carpark in the existing green area to the south, accessed directly from motorway 26.
