The contract involves building and systems improvements to create new office space in Lot V, which consists of a four-storey building with a basement in the complex located at 150 Via Nizza, Turin.
The improvements will ensure that existing stairwells and lifts comply with safety regulations, and will involve the reconstruction of rooms following the demolition of floors, partitions and false ceilings and the creation of new fixtures and fittings, as well as the upgrading of the fire prevention system, new wiring and new cooling and heating systems.
