The project essentially includes renovation and expansion; moreover it consists in increasing the development of the plan of this portion of the wing creating a new floor, elevating the two-floor part, to align and uniform the composition with the rest of the portion already covering three above-ground floors.
The expansion will allow for the classic residential nucleus formation of 20 beds and all other areas fulfilling all lawful requirements in reference.
